Presented by Amy Shah, MD
Online Course Details
Date: Location: On-demandEvent Summary
Intermittent fasting and its role with circadian rhythms are hot topics in health these days. What does science tell us about the health benefits of intermittent fasting? What are the biochemical mechanisms underlying these benefits? How do you successfully help patients determine if circadian rhythm fasting is right for them and advise them to incorporate it into their treatment plan? In this engaging webinar, intermittent fasting expert Amy Shah, MD will do a deep dive on the science and her experience using circadian rhythm fasting with patients. She will not only provide the science on this up and coming topic but also offer several practical tips and protocols that she implements in her practice. You will also have the opportunity to get your questions answered by Dr. Shah at the end of the science presentation.
